Cards are charged 2 business days after invoices are sent out. Our goal is to deliver invoices on the 6th business day of the month (and therefore charge cards on the 8th business day). We cannot guarantee cards will be charged on the same calendar day of each month.

Note 1: Invoices are back-dated to the last day of the prior calendar month.

Note 2: ChannelAdvisor invoices customers on a calendar month cycle (last day of each month), but when a new contract or amendment is signed, any upfront fees that are due are invoiced and charged as soon as possible after receipt of the new contract/amendment.
