Integrating Stone Edge with MarketplaceAdvisor Premium
In order to help you seamlessly manage your business, we have developed an integration with Stone Edge Order Manager that allows for the flow of critical data between the two systems. The transactions involved include: - Inventory from Stone Edge to ChannelAdvisor
- Orders from ChannelAdvisor to Stone Edge
- Shipment Status data from Stone Edge to ChannelAdvisor.

Upload New Inventory from Stone Edge to MarketplaceAdvisor Premium - StoneEdge has the ability to export a file from their system that is comparable to our Buk Upload spreadsheet. You can then upload that file through our user interface by following the steps from this article.
- Alternatively, you can send this file via FTP once you make arrangements to do so with your account manager.
Update Existing Inventory from Stone Edge to MarketplaceAdvisor Premium - StoneEdge has the ability to export a file from their system that looks like our Bulk Update sheet. You can then upload that file through our user interface by following the steps from this article.
- Alternatively, you can send this file via FTP once you make arrangements to do so with your account manager.
- An additional option involves the use of the ChannelAdvisor API. Using the API allows for an immediate update of the the available quantity field. You'll need to make a request to activate this service via the API request form HERE.
Updating Orders from MarketplaceAdvisor Premium to Stone Edge - This requires the use of the XML checkout report.
- You will need to contact your Account Manager to activate this feature.
Updating Tracking Numbers from Stone Edge to MarketplaceAdvisor Premium - StoneEdge has the ability to export a file from their system that's comparable to our Shipment Status Update sheet. You can then upload that file through our user interface (instructions below).

1) Go to the SALES > ALL SALES screen and select IMPORT SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS:  2) Select 'Click here' and on the pop-up window that appears, select 'Import Shipping file' to download the file:  3) Fill out the appropriate information. Save the file and upload it by selecting the 'Browse' button and searching for the file on your local machine:

Requesting the API Credentials - To activate the API call, you will need to make the request via our web form HERE
- You will need to supply these credentials to Stone Edge.
