Step 6: Overstock - Shipping Guidlines
Overstock has a strict set of guidelines that must be followed for shipping. Merchants selling on Overstock cannot sending any branded material when shipping to the customer. Specific packaging requirements can be obtain from your Partner Manager at Overstock. All sellers should receive a sample packing insert from Overstock after they have been approved to sell on Overstock and have submitted their set up forms to Overstock (w-9, partner agreement, etc). If you have not received this document then you will need to contact your Partner Manager at Overstock. ChannelAdvisor Setup The proper shipping carriers and classes must be setup in the system under the Account Shipping Carrier section.
