Step 4b: Overstock - Preview the Overstock Feed

1. From the main menu, click on Shopping. This will take you into the ShoppingAdvisor interface.
2. Feeds > Feed Configurations
3. Select Checkbox in front of the Overstock feed, then select Preview Feed Button




4. If there are error then check them in the Feed History view
5. Select Feeds > Feed History
6. The Summary Description gives the reason why the Feed Failed
7. Select the number of Records to drill further down the problem




8. The Description tells the error message for each SKU




9. If you have errors in your items then you need to correct them before you are able to submit them to Overstock.]

You can also download a copy of the data feed and preview it in a web browser. If there are any errors in the feed then you will see them appear in red text.

1. Goto Feeds > Feed History
2. Click on the Download link next to the latest preview that you ran in the system.
   You will be prompted to download the file. It will be downloaded as a self extracting zip file with a .exe extension.

   

3. Save the file to your local system and extract the contents.
4. Open the file with Internet Explorer.
5. When the feed is opened, any errors with the feed will appear in red text.
