eBay AU recently announced that they would be adding the Best Offer feature: http://www2.ebay.com/aw/au/200810241024522.html Even though they announcement states that most third party tools would not support it until next year, ChannelAdvisor's MarketplaceAdvisor Premium software already supports it. There are two simple steps to start using this on your Fixed Price listings right away: 1) Go to Settings >Sales Settings. At the very bottom of the page you will find the settings to turn on the automation of Best Offer. With these settings you can automatically reject and accept based on a percentage of one of your product prices. 2) Go to Inventory > Posting Templates. For the items you want to use Best Offer, click into the Posting Template you'd like to use and make sure the "Accept Best Offers for this listing." box in top section of the page is enabled.
