During afew test purchases on my new basic store ive noticed the unpaid item tests are showing as "payment pending" and is reducing stock levels just like ebay?

I cant seem to find the setting to stop this happening? I obviously only want stock to reduce when items are paid for as this is a wesite and not ebay.

Please help.
