A system update went out earlier today that's causing a problem with the generation of new checkout reports. We are working on that right now and expect to have a resolution later today. Note that this does not impact the orders coming into your account nor API access to those orders.
I believe Shipworks has a full API integration with us, and if they do you should convert over to use that. I don't know Shipworks' system, but I'm pretty sure they've built out the API system and that most users are already on that method instead of the checkout reports. It allows them to get the order information faster and easier.
Shouldn't this have been posted as a system status??
WE rely on these to grab and download orders into our order processing system. They are critical to how we run our business.

Our shipworks is also not retrieving orders from CA. Is there another method that shipworks can use to retrieve orders?
