Hi,
After adding the following business rule to my Google Base feed NOT($QUANTITY>1) I got the following error msg:
The Export Count Change Threshold of 30.00 % was exceeded. The current export contains 33.33 % fewer items than the previous import. Today's file will not be sent to the shopping site.
The rule was suppose to tell the feed to only items to GB if qty is more than 1.
Can someone help me what to do?
Thank you,
Kristie
Hi Kristie
I think this is a precautionary measure which kicks in automatically. If lots of data goes missing from one day to the next, then it throws up a warning in case something is drastically wrong.
I believe that you can log a support ticket and they'll let the feed go.

Thanks for the reply. That's what it was.
Here is the reply I just got from support:
This is a precautionary feature that we have built into Comparison Shopping. What happens is that the process looks at the number of previous items sent and compares it to what it is going to send. If it falls below a 30% threshold, it stops feeds from getting sent out. This is done in case there are any issues with the feed to prevent bad feeds from getting sent out.
If you look at your account, you will see that you sent 69 items before you applied the business rule. Now, the feed has 82 items but 46 were filtered. SO, the number of items is 36. This caused the feed threshold errors to come up here.
In this case, it was valid to go under the threshold because you applied to business rule. Now, what I have done is gone ahead and remove the threshold on your account. I have also gone ahead and resubmitted the feed to google base as well. You will now see that the 36 items have been sent.
I am going to turn back on the 30% threshold in case you run into a problem in the future.
Have a great day!
Kristie
