Adding eBay Feedback to SKU Database

Product and seller reviews from customers are very important not only to improve buyer confidence, but also to improve website SEO. CA already has the capability to capture buyer feedback from eBay for each order. Can MAP then take that feedback and store it into the SKU database so that it can be used as a tag and viewed in the product detail page for the ChannelAdvisor stores?

RE: Adding eBay Feedback to SKU Database

I was hoping MAP already had this capability, but apparently not. We were solicited by a 3rd party software system that would add a product review feature to our website. It was a way to quickly add dynamic relevant content to product pages with minimal maintenance, but the problem is our website traffic is minimal compared to our eBay traffic, and website customers are much less likely to leave feedback, making that service not cost effective for us. No marketplace is as feedback frenzied as eBay. Since MAP can already communicate with eBay in that capacity, it's a great opportunity for us to use this valuable text to quickly generate dynamic content for every product page in our catalog.

eBay does not allow the capturing/syndication of feedback to a site other than eBay.  Techncially, this would be trivial to implement but it violate's eBay's TOS.
