Is anybody else having problems with Amazon inventory feeds. I can't seem to get a solid answer on this other than the status that is posted saying "Improved" but, that is clearly not the case and we have not had a successful feed in days. They all fail and we have not made any changes to our template.
Any advice would be helpful!
Under the covers everything is running fine. While there were some issues early last week they've been resolved for several days and all requested work has been processing normally. If you haven't done so already, open a support case so your specific situation is investigated.

I have and followed up numerous times. Response was your problem is related to the alert. Various follow-ups throughout the week remain un-answered.

You are correct that you are seeing an unusual number of failures - and you are also correct that they are not related to the issues from almost 10 days ago. Your support case is being worked on by engineering now - the problem is a feed that is stuck on Amazon's end, we have contacted Amazon to assist in getting this cleared so your feeds can process again. Once that has cleared we will make sure we see a feed process and no other issues are causing the problems.
