Once again we have not been able to upload images to our new items for the whole day.
Everytime we select the image placement and hit continue all we get is: "The operation you requested failed"
Not sure how many sales we are going to miss this evening but the is not good.
Anyone else suffering?
Steve,
We do not have any reports of widespread problems. Please open a support case with examples so we can look at your account.
Thank you,
Jennifer
I've able to upload pics, but the whole system is dragging. 3-5 minutes to do a post it now, 5 minutes to add a schedule, 4 minutes to just save a inventory page.
Edit:
I've been getting Sevice unavalible, and gateway timeouts now. Support Help!

We are having the same exact issue
At the time you posted that note there was a server that processes some of the background requests that was having issues and caused the slow response you saw. That's since been addressed.
I just tried ours again two ways -- selecting the image, and as an image upload. Neither works. I opened a support case.
We are able to upload photos to children, but not to the parent. I think perhaps some glitch occurred with your last update.

Second day has now passed and im still unable to add important new stock. Just checked my support case and its missing?
This came through as a ticket and I see that a fix is (images on parent SKUs) on its way out to the servers in the next few minutes. Based on that, it should be resolved within an hour.
