PRODUCTS NOT ONLINE FOR SHIPPING TEMPLATE PROBLEM

Dear all,

 

we have a big issue that is affecting hallf of our inventory on amazon.com

On inventory is clear to understand that only size 36 and 38 have pick up correctly the shipping template,all other sizes not. For this reason only two sizes are visible online.

This item is online only with size 36 and 38,see on amazon: 

https://www.amazon.com/HOGAN-REBEL-HXW2610U57095XB999-METALLIC-SNEAKERS/...

The question is, how it's possible that the same SKU have some size online that pick up shipping correctly and some other not?

For this problem we have more or less half of our inventory ACTIVE but not buyable from customers.

A shipping override from ChannelAdvisor could be the solution? At the moment we manage shipping from amazon template,not from ChannelAdvisor.
