Hi,

Shopping.com is requiring the field "Unique Merchant SKU" in the feeds.

I was wondering how can I add this to the template? this field is not in the available options?

Thanks.
J

RE: Unique Merchant SKU -> shopping.com

 Hi Johnny,

You're going to want to make sure you're using the 'Shopping.com AU Data Feed March 2010 Default Template'. This template has a field for Merchant SKU.

To access this template, you'll want to
1) go to the Comparison Shopping > Product Mapping > Templates page
2) click the "New Template" button
3) select Shopping.com AU from the provider drop down box
4) select the 'Shopping.com AU Data Feed March 2010 Default Template'

Once the template is mapped to your inventory fields, you should be able to create a new feed for Shopping.com.

Shopping.com recently updated their data feed specifications and we are working towards having a new Shopping.com AU template available by the end of July.

Hope this helps,

David

RE: Unique Merchant SKU -> shopping.com

David,

I checked the march 2010 template, and couldn't find the unique merchant sku in it.

I also got a response from support saying that it is not there, and it will be added soon.

Are you sure it is in the latest template for Australia?

John

RE: Unique Merchant SKU -> shopping.com

 Hi John,

Sorry for the confusion.

Yes. The template I'm referring to is specific to Shopping.com Australia.

The template you are currently using, the Shopping.com AU 2007 template, only has 12 fields. The new template has more than 60 fields including "Merchant SKU". Make sure all the required fields have values, go back and re-map your Shopping.com categories (the category taxonomy has changed too) and then you should be able to create a new Shopping.com feed.
