Does anyone know how to add the 'ChannelAdvisor CRM Connector application' to a salesforce.com account?

Yes I have done that, but dont see any options other than to save it. I cannot see where I go or what I do to impliment the application !

To link your ChannelAdvisor accounts to Salesforce, please follow these steps:
Great news! ChannelAdvisor is releasing a new version of their API on August 11th, which will include some very nice enhancements. We're most excited about the new Order Notes and Transaction flags, since our customers have been asking for this since day 1. So, very soon after the CA release, Salesforce users will now have the ability to get order notes/flags from your CA accounts and also add order notes/flags to CA from Salesforce (in single or bulk). We're also looking into providing some automatic Case creation features based on the status of these transaction flags.
When it's available, we will post this new version of the CRM Connector and the installation instructions here, as well as update the free trial to automatically include it.

I just want to take some time out to tell you my story....
I run Tackle Discounts http://stores.ebay.co.uk/TACKLEDISCOUNTS-ultimate-value which is the largest seller of Fishing Tackle in Europe on Ebay. The business started about 5 years ago and we now send out over 1000 parcels per week.
Last year sometime we came to the conclusion that we needed something a little more sophisticated than CA to take our business to the next level. After speaking to James Scott, the head of CA in the UK, he persuaded me to hold off and wait for a new exciting development that was coming to ChannelAdvisor customers.
Time passed and life went on much the same as usual, until I got a phone call from CA's London offices to say could I come in and meet up with a chap named Jon who wanted to meet people interested in using this new Sales Force Connecter software.
If I was to say this meeting changed my life - I would not be exagerating! I mean... it really did!
If customer management and emails are driving you mad (Ebay users specifically) then this will make a huge difference. For the first time, multiple members of staff can now answer emails with all the information required on one screen. What's more, that customer will then be assigned automatically to the staff member that answered the original email. In terms of giving the customer the best service, this is imperative.
After a few weeks I am now beginning to fully get to grips with the software (which is huge) and am now beginning to get a lot of the benefits. Firstly I have reduced my staff by 3 saving the company a fortune, but more importantly I am now able to offer our 1000's of customers the service they deserve.
What's more, Jon seems to be developing new features every few days and so things are only going to get better.
