Hi everyone, As you may know, your MarketplaceAdvisor Premium account is connected to marketplaces like eBay and Trading Post by using a token that is generated when you enter your site details on the Settings > Marketplace Accounts page. These tokens are set to expire in a specific amount of time. In the case of Trading Post, the token expires after 90 days. If a new token is not generated following the few steps below, listings and closings will not work properly. As it has been about 90 days since ChannelAdvisor first went live with our connection to Trading Post, may user's tokens are going to be expiring soon. Therefore, we recommend that you go through these few steps to generate a new token: 1. In MarketplaceAdvisor Premium, go to Settings/MarketPlace Accounts 2. Tick the checkbox next to TradingPost 3. Click the link for "Update TradingPost Account Information" 4. This will redirect the you to the TradingPost site 5. Log on using your TP Username & Password 6. Tick the Terms & Conditions boxes x 3, submit 7. This will redirect you back to CA and the TP username will then become active If you have any trouble with this please feel free to email us at AUS.Implementation@ChannelAdvisor.com. -Matt
