The Amazon 360 Seller Dashboard

Amazon 360 is a comprehensive feature that goes beyond the traditional integration of product data and gives retailers the freedom to shift their attention from e-commerce mechanics to e-commerce strategy. Amazon 360 is fully compatible with Amazon US, UK, DE and FR and works with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).  To access the dashboard, in ChannelAdvisor go to Marketplaces > Amazon > Products > Overview.

Amazon Sales


This portion of the dashboard gives you an overview of how your Amazon sales are doing over time. Here you can get an idea of the trends of your sales over a specific period of time.
  • Choose to view sales history by day, week month or quarter
  • Apply a specific date range to view your sales history
  • View your GMV sales over time
  • View number of Orders over time
  • View AOV sales over time

Product Listing Status Bar


The Product Listing Status bar is an interactive chart that allows you to view your various products on Amazon based on their current product state. When you select any one of the colors of this bar you will be redirected to the Product Status page where you will be able to view more details about these products.

Click on any one of the colored portions of the chart to view your products in that state. To view the number of products in each state simply hover your mouse over each color. The four product states are as follows and are represented on the bar chart by the accompanying colors. You can easily view how many of your products have successfully listed or are in need of attention.
Successfully Listed - This means the product has been published out to the marketplace without any problems 

 

Pending System Processing - This means the product is pending processing from the ChannelAdvisor systems, usually in response to recent updates made by the seller. There is no action required by the seller. Refer to the Communication Frequency Table for information update time lines.

 

Listed with Update Error - This means the products has been published out to the marketplace successfully, but with errors. These items may not be listed optimally on the marketplace and will require your attention to correct the error.

 

Unlisted with Error - This means the product has not been published out to the marketplace and more information is required from you, the seller, for this item before the ChannelAdvisor system can process that item.

 

 
 

 Product Performance by GMV
In the Product Performance by GMV view, you can view your top selling products as well as current inventory levels for those SKUs. For your top 10 productsyou can view the following information:
  • Product Title
  • SKU (Clicking the SKU will allow you to edit your SKU details)
  • Amazon Sales
  • Quantity Sold
  • Total Quantity

Amazon Seller Reputation


This section will allow you to view how you are faring in regards to the various customer metrics that Amazon measures including your order defect rate, cancellation rate, late shipment rate as well as policy violations. This data is taken directly from your Amazon Seller Central Account. Being aware of poor metrics allows you the ability to take action and correct any issues you may have with your inventory, customer service or shipping processes.
 
Please Note: In order to view this information, make sure that you have supplied ChannelAdvisor with your Seller Central login credentials as requested in your Amazon Settings. To edit your settings to provide this information navigate to your Marketplaces > Amazon > Settings view.

  • Account Status

Your selling account can be in one of the following statuses:

  • Active: Your selling account is able to sell on Amazon and funds (payments) may be disbursed as per the normal schedule.
  • Under Review: Your selling account is able to sell on Amazon, but is currently under review by Amazon and funds are temporarily withheld until the review is completed.
  • Suspended: Your selling account is not able to sell on Amazon and funds are temporarily withheld.

If your account is Under Review or Suspended, you should visit your Seller Central Account's Performance >  Performance Notifications for details and communication from Amazon.

The Seller Reputation section of the Dashboard will help you to monitor your Account Health Metrics.

  • Account Health
 
Amazon puts a lot of emphasis in maintaining good Account Heath metrics to show that you are providing an excellent customer experience. Sellers with good metrics are rewarded in the Buy Box algorithm as well as in search results. Being aware of poor metrics allows you the ability to take action and correct any issues you may have with your inventory, customer service or shipping processes before it can become an issue for your Account Status or rank on Amazon.
 
The Seller Reputation section of the Dashboard will help you to monitor your Account Health Metrics.
 
  • Buy Box %
The % in Buy Box metric shows how often you win the Buy Box. If you click on the metric's red and blue icon, the screen will expand and show you the trend over the last 90 days, as well as how it compares to your Order Defect Rate and Negative Feedback percentage. Additionally, you can drag across a certain time-frame to drill into the activity for that period.
 

  
 

Repricer Activity


This section gives you a quick view of your Repricer activity. The Repricer dashboard allows you to  toggle the repricer off/on and provides a link to your Repricer configurations for easy access. The following data is also available:

  • Price increase item count
  • Price decrease item count
  • Unchanged item count
  • Errored item count
  • Total number of items monitored
  • Date of last Repricer update
  • Repricer Status
