The ChannelAdvisor Checkout report (.csv format) can be placed in the Reports folder on the ftp.ChannelAdvisor.com location for your account. You can pick-up this file and use it to process and fullfill orders.

Tasks to Complete


To configure your account to send Checkout Reports to your account's ChannelAdvisor FTP location, follow these instructions.

  1. From Sales > Orders/Transactions > Checkout Reports select the action link Configure Report Format Settings.
  2. Check the box to Make CSV Format available via FTP.
  3. Save.

Your checkout report will be generated according to the configuration settings on the Sales > Checkout > Configuration page. You should use your standard FTP login credentials to access these reports on the FTP location.
