The backbone of ChannelAdvisor's functionality is our ability to regularly send and receive information on your behalf to a variety of channels. Outlined below are the frequencies and durations of various actions and processes in the system for Rakuten.com Shopping  (formerly Buy.com). Note that depending on the volume and complexity of data being processed, the amount of time it takes to process, communicate, and update data could vary significantly. If you notice that your account has been significantly deviating from the times outlined in this guide, please contact support, being sure to include the date and time details of the issue you're seeing in the support case. Including this information will allow us to investigate the issue more accurately.

Every 24 hours any changes to business rules or lookup lists will be sent.
Order RetrievalOrder information is retrieved from Rakuten.com Shopping, after it has been cleared by Rakuten.com Shopping's fraud check.Within 1 hour of being made available by Rakuten.com Shopping.  Orders are subject to a 90 minute hold to check for fraud.
Shipping / Refund / Cancellation NotificationShipping notification, refund, and canceled order information is sent to Rakuten.com Shopping.Within 1 hour of being updated in ChannelAdvisor
Withdrawal Product ListingsQuantity on your listing is set to zero (0) on Rakuten.com ShoppingWithin 1 hour of removing the label in ChannelAdvisor
