Creating a Label via the User Interface

There are several methods of creating labels in ChannelAdvisor. The most basic method is to create individual labels one-by-one via the ChannelAdvisor user interface. To get a full overview of this process please see the Using Labels page.

How to Create a Label via the User Interface


Complete the following steps related to this task:

    1. Navigate to your  Inventory > Grouping > Labels view
    2. Select 'create a new label'
    3. On the Label Information page, under Label Details do the following:
      1. Name the label
      2. Give the label an optional description
    4. On the Label Information page, under optional rules
    5. Use an Advanced Filter to segment a large volume of inventory.
      1. Use the Calculation Schedule with the Advanced Filter to periodically re-evaluate the inventory items that are assigned the label.
      2. If you want to assign labels to inventory immediately, you can click Calculate Now. The Calculate Now button is only available after saving the label.
