Cross Channel Dashboard

The Cross Channel Dashboard provides a high level, trended view of your GMV/Revenue performance broken down by Channels and Sites so that you can quickly identify areas of your business that are improving or declining.  The dashboard can be quickly configured to show a number of different views allowing for quick iterative analysis of your performance data. Access the dashboard by navigating to Reports > Cross Channel Dashboard.

Using the dashboard you can do the following:

  • Comparison Date Ranges  - Compare performance over different time periods in a trend chart (i.e. this month vs last month)
  • Channel/Site Mix - View the distribution of your sales in an interactive pie chart
  • Quick Filters - Refine the chart output to highlight specific channels or sites versus others to identify trends
  • Multiple Date Groupings - Easily group by different time periods - by day, week, month or quarter

The Cross Channel Dashboard introduces two new ways to look at your performance data.  These perspectives are called Attributed and Transactional.

The Attributed Perspective answers the question "What channels are generating my sales?" by classifying your GMV by the channels and sites that are responsible for generating sales. This is a marketing focused perspective and is useful to help you understand which channels are driving your sales and how each channel or site is trending.

The Transactional Perspective answers the question "Where are my sales occurring?" by classifying your GMV by the channels and sites where your sales are occurring. This is an operationally focused perspective and is useful in understanding how the breakdown between sales on your website compared to those that occur on other sites (such as eBay or Amazon).

Note that for sellers in the UK the amounts in the Cross Channel Dashboard do not include VAT tax.  This may result in differences between this dashboard and other views throughout ChannelAdvisor.
