Customizing the Pick List Template

Pick Lists can be printed from the Sales > Orders/Transactions > Shipments page in ChannelAdvisor. The format of these pick lists is controlled by a simple editor allowing sellers to design a unique template which meets their operational needs.

 

Viewing or Editing the Pick List Template


  1. Go to Sales > Settings > Sales Templates.
  2. Then type Pick List into the search field at the top to filter the list to show only the pick list. If you don't have that many sales templates in your overview you can click on the Pick List right away to edit.

  3. On the next page, the column on the left shows all fields which are available to be added to the pick list. Clicking on the “+” icon on the field will add it to the pick list.
  4. The fields on the right show the fields in the pick list, which can be dragged up or down to reorder.
  5. When done, click Save or Save and Exit.
