Monitor Your eBay Seller Reputation

This section will allow you to view how you are faring in regards to the various customer metrics that eBay measures. This data is taken directly from your eBay seller account. If you have multiple eBay seller accounts configured, statistics are independently imported for each of them and you will be able to select each of them to see their standing and information reported individually.

Please note: Some of this information is only updated every few hours, so actions taken at eBay such as new feedback or updates to Buyer Claims may not reflect immediately in the dashboard statistics. The sections which are updated immediately are noted below.

  • Performance – For each of the three regions (US, UK/Ireland, and Germany/Switzerland/Austria) eBay reports a Performance status for the seller account. This status is based on the buyers you have had in those countries, even if you only sell on one eBay site. To be shown as an eBay Top Rated Seller to buyers in that country, you must be a Top Rated seller in that country, not just for the site where the item was listed. At this time eBay only reports information on US, UK/Ireland, and Germany/Switzerland/Austria though we expect to see more added in the future.
  • Powerseller Status – This information will tell you your current rank as a Powerseller based on the last time eBay evaluated your seller account.
  • Marketplace Insights – These items are feedback from eBay on ways you can improve your open listings by providing additional information that can increase your exposure to buyers and improve the buying experience. Selecting any link here will take you to the eBay Marketplace Insights view to see more information about recommended actions to improve your listings. (Updated immediately.)
  • Open Listing Revisions – The counts for Yesterday and Today (so far) will show you the number of open listings which have been processed for a revision based on changes to the SKU, ad, or template information for both yesterday and so far through the current day. The pending count will show you the number of open eBay listings that have been identified which may need a revision to apply new information configured in your account based on changes to your products, ads, templates, or schedules or requested from the open listings view.  The count for today will increase as revises are processed and the pending count will adjust up as new listings are identified for update consideration and down as the process works through those items to process any updates that are needed. (Updated within a few minutes of any change.)
  • Orders Needing to Ship – View the Orders Needing to Ship broken up by the age of the order. Selecting any link here will take you to the All Sales view. (Updated immediately.)
  • Detailed Seller Rating – The ratings that buyers have given you for the eBay Detailed Seller Ratings over the last 30 days.
  • eBay Returns (US and UK only) – With eBay's Returns Center you may have buyers returning unwanted products. This will show you the status of returns that are in process and that are tracked by the eBay Returns Center. Selecting any link here will take you to the eBay Returns Center for more information about those returns that are in process.
  • Buyer Claims – View the number of Active Buyer Claims and Buyer Claims Requiring Action. Selecting any links here will bring you to your eBay seller account to view the details of these claims. eBay is very sensitive to Buyer Claims Requiring Action, so if you have any that are still open you will want to go address them promptly.
  • Feedback – View the percentage of positive, neutral and negative feedbacks broken up by age over the last 3 months. Selecting any links here will direct you to the public feedback page for your eBay account.
  • Most recent negative feedback – View your three most recent negative or neutral feedbacks. Selecting any of these messages will direct you to that order in your All Sales view.
