This data is taken directly from your eBay seller account. If you have multiple eBay seller accounts configured, statistics are independently imported for each of them and you will be able to select each of them to see their standing and information reported individually. Please Note: This information is only updated every few hours, so actions taken at eBay such as new feedback or updates to Buyer Claims may not reflect immediately in the dashboard statistics.

When I try to open the eBay 360 all I get is the open listings view.
