Monitor Your eBay Seller Reputation

This section will allow you to view how you are faring in regards to the various customer metrics that eBay measures. This data is taken directly from your eBay seller account.  If you have multiple eBay seller accounts configured, statistics are independently imported for each of them and you will be able to select each of them to see their standing and information reported individually.

Please Note: This information is only updated every few hours, so actions taken at eBay such as new feedback or updates to Buyer Claims may not reflect immediately in the dashboard statistics.
  • Performance - For each of the three regions (US, UK, and Germany) eBay reports a Performance status for the seller account.  This status is based on the buyers you have had in those countries, even if you only sell on one eBay site.  To be shown as an eBay Top Rated Seller to buyers in that country, you must be a Top Rated seller in that country, not just for the site where the item was listed.  At this time eBay only reports information on US, UK, and Germany though we expect to see more added in the future.
  • Powerseller Status - This information will tell you your current rank as a Powerseller based on the last time eBay evaluated your seller account.
  • Policy Compliance - Based on your listings at eBay, a compliance rating is generated for your seller account.  This denotes how well you are following the eBay policies and can warn you if there are elements to your selling practices that eBay prohibits and could be subjecting your account to suspension.
  • Orders Needing to Ship - View the Orders Needing to Ship broken up by the age of the order.  Selecting any link here will take you to the All Sales view.
  • Detailed Seller Rating - The ratings that buyers have given you for the eBay Detailed Seller Ratings over the last 30 days.
  • Buyer Claims - View the number of Active Buyer Claims and Buyer Claims Requiring Action.  Selecting any links here will bring you to your eBay seller account to view the details of these claims.  eBay is very sensitive to Buyer Claims Requiring Action, so if you have any that are still open you will want to go address them promptly.
  • Feedback - View the percentage of positive, neutral and negative feedbacks broken up by age over the last 3 months.  Selecting any links here will direct you to the public feedback page for your eBay account.
  • Most recent negative feedback - View your three most recent negative or neutral feedbacks.  Selecting any of these messages will direct you to that order in your All Sales view.
