First Time LoginTo login to ChannelAdvisor, you must have a username and password. When your account is created an Administrative User ID will be created. Those credentials will be given to you during your first implementation training session with our ChannelAdvisor Services Team.
On your first login to ChannelAdvisor, it is STRONGLY recommended that you change your current password to a password that is more unique and memorable. Password RulesChannelAdvisor passwords must adhere to the following rules:
Failure to LoginIf you attempt to login to your ChannelAdvisor account with incorrect credentials, your account will be temporarily locked out after three (3) failed attempts. In order to reset your account login information, you must follow these steps:
Change Your PasswordFor your protection ChannelAdvisor recommends that you change your account password every 90 days to maintain security for your account. Using the same or similar passwords for an extended period of time allows others to more easily guess your account password and login to your account.
