ABM (Automated Bid Manager) -– A feature available in the Paid Search module used for automating bids.

Ad -–  A listing that is posted to a marketplace to sell a product. An ad is comprised of 4 elements: an inventory item, an ad template (HTML design), a posting template, and a marketplace category. 

广告——刊登到网上交易平台以销售商品的一个商品刊登。广告由4个元素组成:库存商品、广告模板(HTML设计),刊登模板和网上交易平台商品分类。

Ad ID (Advertisement ID)–  A unique identification number that is assigned to each ad created in the ChannelAdvisor Complete platform.

For Paid Search, keyword ads refer to search terms.

For Comparison Shopping, an advertisement would be an individual product listing on a shopping engine. ChannelAdvisor uses these IDs to gather performance data on specific keywords and listings.

Ad Rank – A paid search term which refers to the position of an advertisers ad, relative to the other ads shown. An ad rank of 3 would indicate that an ad is shown in the third position on a search results page. Ad rank is determined by a combination of the advertisers keyword bid and Quality Score.

Ad Template – A reusable template that can store the HTML code used to create the "look and feel" of an Ad, as well as the layout of an Ad.

Additional Cost/Discount - This is the Additional cost/discount on the entire invoice. (See Tax)

Amazon Seller Central UK – An Amazon UK program for third party sellers to sell on Amazon.  Requires the use of an EAN or ASIN value in order for any product to be sold on Amazon.  ChannelAdvisor integrates with Amazon Seller Central UK.

Amazon WebStore – An e-commerce website option offered by Amazon. But Amazon announced, it will close this service in July 2016 and is not accepting new merchants anymore.

Application Programming Interface (API) –  A standardized interface for a software application (referred to as the “host”) that allows other software (referred to as the “client”) to access some of the host application's features. ChannelAdvisor has an API that allows partners and customers to access our data. We also use APIs from partners such as eBay, to send and receive information.

Application Service Provider (ASP) –  A generalized term for a company providing software as a service (usually a web application over the Internet).

ASIN – An abbreviation for Amazon Standard Identification Number, a unique identification number that is assigned to each product sold on Amazon.

ASP –  A commonly used abbreviation for Average Sales Price and Average Selling Price. 

ASP——“平均成交价的常用缩写。

Assist - The number of times the product was clicked prior to another advertisement receiving a conversion.

辅助广告——另一个广告实现转化之前,点击该商品的次数。

Assit Latency - Represents the number of days between the assist and the conversion. For example, if the assist term was clicked on 2/1 and the order was on 2/10 this would be 9 days latent. 

辅助广告延迟——是指辅助广告到实现转化之间的天数。例如,如果辅助广告词条在21日被点击,210日下单,那么就有9天延迟。

Assist Level - Each click that led to a conversion is assigned an Assist Level. The click immediately prior to the conversion or “the last referred” is assigned Level 0. The one before that is Level 1 and so on.

辅助广告级别——对导致转化的每次点击都会分配一个辅助广告级别。点击之后立即转化或者最后一次提到被分配为0级。之前的一次是1级,以此类推。

Attributes – Fields used to store additional information about an inventory item. For example, attributes of a Digital Camera may be Memory/Storage, Pixilation, Weight, USB Connection, etc. Also see Classifications.

Auto-Relist – When a listing ends, the item for sale will be automatically relisted to the marketplace if it does not sell or if the reserve price is not met. Marketplaces such as eBay offer a refund of the listing fees if a relisted item sells. Auction - A forum for buying and selling goods at a dynamic price. 

自动重新刊登——商品刊登下架时,如果还没有售罄或者没有达到底价,可供销售的商品将会自动重新刊登到网上交易平台。如果重新刊登的商品售出,eBay等网上交易平台将退还商品刊登费。拍卖——以动态价格来购买和出售商品的平台。

Auction ID Number - A unique identification number assigned by the marketplace site to identify a listing. The auction id number can be seen throughout the software to track an open or closed listing. Also referred to as Site Auction ID.

拍卖号——网上交易平台分配,用来识别一个商品刊登的唯一标示编号。在线产品编号可在整个软件中看到,以便跟踪在售或下架商品。也可被称作网站拍卖号

Automated Bid Manager (ABM) - A section of the Digital Marketing offering of the ChannelAdvisor platform used for automating bids.

自动竞价器(ABM——ChannelAdvisor平台的数字营销部分,用来自动处理竞价。

Average CPC - A metric representing an average cost per click charged by the Search or Shopping engine. CPC results will not appear for Natural search and are not available for all Shopping Engines.

Average CTR - A metric representing the average Click Through Rate.

Average Order Value (AOV) – A metric representing the average revenue generated for each order (without including shipping and tax charges). (Total Revenue / Total Number of Orders)

Average Rank - (also referred to as position) - where an item ranks within the paid (also known as sponsored) search engine results. Rank will not appear for Natural Search.

Base URL - The exact URL that browsers are sent to when they click on a paid search ad, also known as a Destination URL or Landing Page. Note that this can differ from the Display URL shown in the paid search ad.

Bid - Reference to the money a buyer is willing to exchange for an item in an auction. If it is the first bid, it must meet the opening price set by the seller. Later bids must surpass the current high bid by an established increment. 

竞价——是指买家在拍卖中愿意为获得一件商品所出的价格。如果是首次竞价,必须达到卖家设置的开盘价。随后的竞价必须按既定增量超过当前最高价。

Bid History - A record of all the bids placed on a specific item. On some auction sites, the actual bid amounts appear during the auction while on other sites, the bid amount appears after the auction is over. 

竞价记录——某件商品所有竞价记录。在一些拍卖网站,实际竞价金额会在拍卖时显示,而其它一些网站,竞价金额会在拍卖结束后出现。

Bid Retraction - When a bidder/buyer cancels his or her own bid during the auction. Buyers are only allowed to do this in extreme cases, including but not limited to typographical errors, human error (bidding $1,000 instead of $100) or a change of item description by the seller during the auction. Bid retraction is often restricted in the final moments of an auction.

Bidder - A person who offers to purchase an item.

Bidder Watch List - A list of high-risk or blocked bidders. A high-risk bidder is a person that is known to have cancelled a previous purchase and may be likely to not complete future purchases. Also see Blocked Bidder.

Block - Preventing a buyer from bidding on or purchasing an item from a seller on an online marketplace. Also see eBay's "Blocked Bidder List" functionality.

Blocked Bidder - A person (buyer) that is prevented from bidding on open auctions or purchasing a fixed priced listing. Also see eBay's "Blocked Bidder List" functionality. 

限制竞价人——被阻止竞价公开拍卖或购买固定价格商品的人(买家)。也可参见eBay限制竞价人名单功能。

Borders - A rich media user interface element that is an outline (or border) and performs the same functionality as a hyperlink. The hyperlink border navigates a customer from a rich media catalog viewer to the designated web page based on the border SKU data.

BPR - An abbreviation for Business Performance Review.

Broad Match - A paid search option where a keyword is paired or matched to a search query when the query uses the keywords, in any order and possibly with the addition of other words.

Keyword Generator (BMA) - Keyword Generator is a tool in the Search Module of ChannelAdvisor Complete used for harvesting new keywords.

Business Rule - A formula language, similar to those used in Excel, which allows customers to transform their data for customization or to meet any third-party site requirements. Used often with Comparison Shopping feeds. 

业务规则——一种类似于Excel中所使用的公式语言,让客户能够转换其数据进行自定义,或者满足任何第三方平台的要求。通常与比较购物商品数据源一起使用。

Buy-It-Now Price - Also known as a BIN price, this is a fixed price that you are willing to sell an item for in the marketplace. Used in auction format listings to provide the buyer with an option to not participate in the bidding process and instead purchase the item immediately for a fixed price, the Buy-It-Now price.

Buyer -  the user ID of the buyer, often the same as their email address. (Payment Cleared Detail Report)

Campaign - A grouping within a paid search account that is used to give structure to the products or services you want to advertise. Ad groups and keywords are housed within paid search campaigns. 

广告系列——付费搜索账户中的一个分组,用来为你希望宣传推广的商品或服务提供架构。广告组和关键词都放在付费搜素广告系列中。

Cancelled Sale - A sale, or invoice, that will not be completed by the buyer or seller. Cancelled sales can result from a mutual decision between the buyer and seller not to continue with the purchase, or can result from a non-paying bidder that refuses to complete the transaction. 

取消的订单——买家或卖家没有完成的订单或发票。取消的订单可以是买家和卖家双方共同决定不继续进行这比交易,或者由拒绝完成交易、还没有付费的竞价人决定不继续交易。

CAN-SPAM Act - An act passed in 2003 that establishes standards for legal commercial e-mails. CAN-SPAM is derived from Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act. It establishes several requirements for e-mails which include: having an unsubscribe option, abiding by content rules and not falsifying header information.

CA Stores - The legacy name for the product now known as Stores within ChannelAdvisor Complete.

Catalog Media - The image and data files that display the collection of all pages of an online catalog. To be displayed, Catalog Media requires a Viewer.

-In Marketplaces, a grouping of like items on an online marketplace that is often used by buyers to narrow the search for items of interest. Numerical values are often assigned by a marketplace site to identify the main category and the associated subcategories. For example eBay's Electronics & Computers >> Cameras & Photo >> Digital Cameras >> Digital SLR >> Canon category number is 43454.

 Comparison Shopping, similar to Marketplaces, a grouping of like items that is used by buyers to narrow the search for items.  Different categories may be charged different Cost Per Clicks at a Comparison Shopping Engine.

 Paid Search, Categories refer to groupings of ads. For Paid Search, these relate to groups of keywords that you have defined within the interface for search engine providers.

Category Mapping - The process of assigning a merchant category to a category at a Shopping Engine or Marketplace.

Computer Based Training (CBT) - Refers to on-demand instructional tutorials. 

电脑端培训(CBT——是指按需点播的教学课程。

Channel - A group of providers of the same type. Paid Search and Comparison Shopping are both channels. 

渠道——同一类型的一组平台。付费搜索和比较购物都属于渠道。

Checkout - An online method of collecting the buyer's postal address and payment information for an order. 

结算——针对一笔订单收集买家邮政地址和付费信息的在线方法。

Checkout Report - This report can be configured as either a fulfillment report or a completed checkout report. The default configuration is as a fulfillment report. The fulfillment report contains only those invoices for which checkout has been completed and payment has cleared. The completed checkout report includes both payments that have cleared and payments that have been submitted, but not cleared. To configure these settings access Sales > Orders / Transactions > Checkout Reports. 

结算报告——这份报告既可配置为配送报告,也可配置为完整的结算报告。默认配置是配送报告。配送报告只包含结算已完成、付款已结清的发票。完整结算报告包含已结清的付款以及已提交、但是还未结清的付款。要想配置这些设置,进入销售 > 订单 / 交易 > 结算报告

Classification - A grouping of like inventory items, allowing the user to manage groups of similar products. Classifications can contain custom fields and attributes which can be used with inventory to define additional product information. See Attributes for more information.

Click Thru Rate (CTR) - A percentage used in Paid Search and Comparison Shopping to express the average number of clicks (also known as click throughs) per hundred ad impressions. (Clicks / Impressions) 

点击率(CTR——付费搜索和比较购物中用来表达每一百次广告展示的平均点击次数的百分比。(点击/展示)

Clicks - Clicks refer to the number of clicks reported to ChannelAdvisor by the provider. These amounts are often less than pixel hits as each provider has different methods for reporting clicks. For example, some deduct for duplicate clicks and potentially fraudulent clicks, etc. 

点击数——点击是指平台向ChannelAdvisor报告的点击数。由于每个平台用不同的方法来报告点击,因此这些数量往往小于代码统计。例如,一些平台会扣除重复点击以及有可能是欺诈性质的点击。

Closed Listing - An auction or fixed priced listing that has ended its duration on a marketplace, or has been purchased by a buyer. Closed listings can be either "closed-unsold" or "closed-sold".

CNAME record or Canonical Name record - a type of resource record in the Domain Name System (DNS) that specifies that the domain name is an alias of another, canonical domain name.
CNAME记录规范名记录——域名系统(DNS)中的一种资源记录类型,指定这个域名是另一个规范域名的别名。

Cookie Date - A cookie is a file on the user’s browser that uniquely identifies him/her. The date is when the cookie was placed on the user’s machine.

Cookie日期——cookie是指用户浏览器上唯一可以识别他/她的一个文件。日期就是把cookie放在用户机器上的那一天。

Core Data - The fundamental information for each Image includes: ItemID, SwatchID, and ViewID

COP - An abbreviation for a Checkout Page Report. 

COP——结算页面报告的缩写。

Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) - An online price comparison service that allows users to see lists of prices for specific products.

比较购物引擎(CSE——是指在线价格比较服务,让用户能够看到具体商品的价格列表。

Concatenate - A business rule function for the Expression Builder which takes two text values and combines them together. For example, if one field has the value " shop ", and another field has the value "zilla", then a function CONCATENATE("shop", "zilla") would result in a new value of "shopzilla". 

连接——编辑器的一种业务规则函数,取两个文本值,并把它们合并到一起。例如,如果一个字段的值是shop,另一个字段的值是zilla,那么函数连接shopzilla),就将生成一个新值shopzilla

Conversion - An order which has been recorded on a seller's e-commerce site as a result of a referral. Clicks that come from paid search, e-mail marketing, display advertising, or comparison shopping, and convert into sales are called conversions. 

转化——由于推介而在卖家电子商务平台上记录的订单。来自付费搜索、电子邮件营销、展示广告或比较购物的点击转化为销量——这就是转化。

Conversion Rate or Conversion % - The ratio between the number of incoming clicks to a website and the number of desired actions taken by the visitor. Mostly commonly refers to the number that resulted from all your incoming clicks (Orders / Clicks). 10 incoming clicks which produce 1 order (conversion) would be a 10% conversion rate. 

转化率——一个网站入站点击的次数与访客采取卖家期待行动的次数之间的比率。通常是指所有入站点击所产生的订单数量(定单/ 点击)。10次入站点击产生了1笔订单,那么转化率就将是10%

Converting Term - The Converting Term is the last paid advertisement (paid search or CSE) that the buyer clicked prior to making a purchase.

转化条件——转化条件是指买家在购买之前看到的最后一个付费广告(付费搜索或CSE)。

Counter - A service that counts the number of users who view a listing or page. 

计数器——计算查看一个商品刊登或页面的用户数量的一项服务

Cost Last Updated - This field is populated with he exact date and time the provider data was collected. When comparing numbers take into consideration that the data is not all updated at the same time.

最新成本——该字段填写收集平台数据的确切日期和时间。在对比数字时,要把那些没有同时更新的数据考虑在内。

Cost Per Action (CPA) - A pricing model where an advertiser pays a provider for each specified action, which are most often orders. Sometimes referred to as Cost Per Acquisition. 

操作成本(CPA——是指一种定价模式,广告商将按照每个指定的行动(通常是订单)而向平台付费。有时也被称作获取订单成本。

Cost Per Click (CPC) - A pricing model where an advertiser pays a provider for each click the provider generates. Commonly used with Paid Search and Comparison Shopping. 

点击成本(CPC——是指一种定价模式,广告商将按照平台生成的每次点击而向平台付费。通常与付费搜索和比较购物一起使用。

Cost per Order (CPO) - In Paid Search, Cost/Orders -- Clients can bid based on CPO.

CPM - A value commonly used to express the Cost per Thousand. For Paid Search this is often the cost per 1000 impressions.

CSE - A commonly used acronym for Comparison Shopping Engines. 

比较购物引擎(CSE——“比较购物引擎的常用缩写。

CSV file format - CSV, short for Comma Separated Value, is a file type created in a spreadsheet in which each value is separated by a comma. Sometimes referred to as a comma delimited format. Used to load multiple inventory items at once in bulk into the Marketplaces within ChannelAdvisor Complete system.

Current Bid - The bid price on an open listing. To become the current "high bidder" on an open listing, a person must bid in an increment higher than the current high bid price.

Data Feed - A delimited text file, often containing product data, which is transmitted between two parties. Often ChannelAdvisor will receive data feeds which contain a customer’s product information. Data feeds are also used to share data with third-parties, like comparison shopping engines and marketplaces.

Distribution Center - A physical warehouse or location from which your company ships inventory to a buyer. A Distribution Center record must include a street address that may be used to calculate the shipping costs for all items shipped from that location.

High Bid - The highest current bid for an item. At the end of the auction this bid becomes the winning bid.

Label - A way to dynamically group inventory items together.

Maintain Schedule - A schedule type that maintains quantity of a listing and ensures a listing is always available on the designated marketplace.

NARU - An abbreviation for "Not a Registered User", an occurrence on eBay where a buyer or seller no longer maintains a valid account. Often occurs when a seller is terminated by eBay for various offenses.

Negative Keyword - A paid search keyword that disqualifies a search query when the keyword is present.

Proxy Bidding - For auction listings, a bid placed by software automatically on your behalf and at the lowest possible bid increment. Ready to Post - Refers to an Ad that contains all the necessary data in order for it to be posted to a marketplace.

Relisting - The process of listing an item again, if it did not sell in the original auction. SaaS- Software as a Service: A software application delivery model where a software vendor develops a web-native software application and hosts and operates (either independently or through a third-party) the application for use by its customers over the Internet. Customers do not pay for owning the software itself but rather for using it. They use it through an API accessible over the Web which is often written using Web Services or REST. The term SaaS has become the industry preferred term, generally replacing the earlier terms Application Service Provider (ASP) and On-Demand. ChannelAdvisor software is SaaS.

Checkout expired - The buyer did not complete the checkout within the time limits.

Payment in Manual Review - The buyer has submitted payment, and the payment has been successfully processed by the payment gateway but put on hold for manual review by the seller based on rules defined by the seller. The buyer's payment should be reviewed by the recipient and either accepted or rejected and then the status of the payment updated accordingly.

Second Chance Offer (SCO) - An eBay feature that allows a seller to extend an offer to purchase to bidders that did not win an auction. The purchase offer is made at the "under bidders" highest bid.

Seller Cost - The amount a seller has paid or invested in an item. Cost information for a SKU is passed from a seller to ChannelAdvisor and we update the specifics of that SKU at that time.  So, if your cost for a SKU changes from $10 to $8, the new cost for that SKU is reflected as $8.

Session Revenue - The Session Revenue column displays the revenue for the given time frame for a specific Search Engine.

Setting - When referenced by Rich Media applications, a set of parameters (e.g., dimensions, quality, etc.) that define the characteristics of Media created from Source Image or Swatch records. Multiple Settings can be assigned a Group to create multiple Media records in a single step.

Spam - E-mail or newsgroup messages that are unsolicited and generally irrelevant to the recipient.

Tag - A keyword value that is used to group similar records for batch searching and actions. Often used in rich media applications.

Tax - As represented on the Payment Cleared Detail Report , this is the tax on the ENTIRE invoice--though it is listed on each invoice line item.  This field is correct, but is not well-represented in the report and can easily be misunderstood.  If Item A has a sales tax of $1 and Item B has a sales tax of $2, then this field, for EACH line item, will display $3 (which is $1+$2).  If you added your taxes for this transaction, you would come up with $6, which is double the actual tax of $3.  If you add this field, you should only add it ONCE for each invoice--do NOT add it for each invoice line item.  Please contact support if you have any questions.

Template Tag - Special text that allows the system to use "mail merge" technology to substitute information from a database into an e-mail, ad design (ad templates) or pricing/selling strategy (posting templates). Template Tags are identifiable by double pairs of curly brackets that surround a tag’s root value. For example, a template tag root value of TITLE would appear like this: {{TITLE}}. Template Tag root values are defined by the ChannelAdvisor software.

Title - The title of the product.

Token - An authentication and authorization element from a channel that allows third party processing of data on behalf of the user without requiring knowledge of the username or password.

Tracking Number - A unique identifying number assigned by shipping carriers that allows the buyer and seller to follow the progress of an item that has been shipped.

Total Orders - In Paid Search Reporting, the number of orders generated from clicks on days prior to the date the report was generated as well as orders created on the day of report.

Total Revenue Share (TRS) - A measure of the profitability of an item including the product cost and marketing cost. Base URL - The exact URL that browsers are sent to when they click on a paid search ad, also known as a Destination URL or Landing Page. Note that this can differ from the Display URL shown in the paid search ad.

Bid - Reference to the money a buyer is willing to exchange for an item in an auction. If it is the first bid, it must meet the opening price set by the seller. Later bids must surpass the current high bid by an established increment.

Bid History - A record of all the bids placed on a specific item. On some auction sites, the actual bid amounts appear during the auction while on other sites, the bid amount appears after the auction is over.

Bid Retraction - When a bidder/buyer cancels his or her own bid during the auction. Bid retraction is often restricted in the final moments of an auction.

Business Rule - A formula language, similar to those used in Excel, which allows customers to transform their data for customization or to meet any third-party site requirements. Used often with Comparison Shopping feeds.

Buy-It-Now Price - Also known as a BIN price, this is a fixed price that you are willing to sell an item for in the marketplace. Used in auction format listings to provide the buyer with an option to not participate in the bidding process and instead purchase the item immediately for a fixed price, the Buy-It-Now price.

Buyer -  the user ID of the buyer, often the same as their email address. (Payment Cleared Detail Report)

Campaign - A grouping within a paid search account that is used to give structure to the products or services you want to advertise. Ad groups and keywords are housed within paid search campaigns.

Cancelled Sale - A sale, or invoice, that will not be completed by the buyer or seller. Cancelled sales can result from a mutual decision between the buyer and seller not to continue with the purchase, or can result from a non-paying bidder that refuses to complete the transaction.

CAN-SPAM Act - An act passed in 2003 that establishes standards for legal commercial e-mails. CAN-SPAM is derived from Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act. It establishes several requirements for e-mails which include: having an unsubscribe option, abiding by content rules and not falsifying header information.

Numerical values are often assigned by a marketplace site to identify the main category and the associated subcategories. For example eBay's Electronics & Computers >> Cameras & Photo >> Digital Cameras >> Digital SLR >> Canon category number is 43454.

Checkout Report - This report can be configured as either a fulfillment report or a completed checkout report. The default configuration is as a fulfillment report. The fulfillment report contains only those invoices for which checkout has been completed and payment has cleared. The completed checkout report includes both payments that have cleared and payments that have been submitted, but not cleared. To configure these settings access Sales > Orders / Transactions > Checkout Reports.

Classification - A grouping of like inventory items, allowing the user to manage groups of similar products. Classifications can contain custom fields and attributes which can be used with inventory to define additional product information. See Attributes for more information.

Click Thru Rate (CTR) - A percentage used in Paid Search and Comparison Shopping to express the average number of clicks (also known as click throughs) per hundred ad impressions. (Clicks / Impressions)

Clicks - Clicks refer to the number of clicks reported to ChannelAdvisor by the provider. These amounts are often less than pixel hits as each provider has different methods for reporting clicks. For example, some deduct for duplicate clicks and potentially fraudulent clicks, etc. 

点击数——点击是指平台向ChannelAdvisor报告的点击数。由于每个平台用不同的方法来报告点击,因此这些数量往往小于代码统计。例如,一些平台会扣除重复点击以及有可能是欺诈性质的点击。

Closed Listing - An auction or fixed priced listing that has ended its duration on a marketplace, or has been purchased by a buyer. Closed listings can be either "closed-unsold" or "closed-sold".

CNAME record or Canonical Name record - a type of resource record in the Domain Name System (DNS) that specifies that the domain name is an alias of another, canonical domain name.

Cookie Date - A cookie is a file on the user’s browser that uniquely identifies him/her. The date is when the cookie was placed on the user’s machine.

Core Data - The fundamental information for each Image includes: ItemID, SwatchID, and ViewID

COP - An abbreviation for a Checkout Page Report.

Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) - An online price comparison service that allows users to see lists of prices for specific products.

Concatenate - A business rule function for the Expression Builder which takes two text values and combines them together. For example, if one field has the value " shop ", and another field has the value "zilla", then a function CONCATENATE("shop", "zilla") would result in a new value of "shopzilla".

Conversion - An order which has been recorded on a seller's e-commerce site as a result of a referral. Clicks that come from paid search, e-mail marketing, display advertising, or comparison shopping, and convert into sales are called conversions.

Conversion Rate or Conversion % - The ratio between the number of incoming clicks to a website and the number of desired actions taken by the visitor. Mostly commonly refers to the number that resulted from all your incoming clicks (Orders / Clicks). 10 incoming clicks which produce 1 order (conversion) would be a 10% conversion rate.

Converting Term - The Converting Term is the last paid advertisement (paid search or CSE) that the buyer clicked prior to making a purchase.

Counter - A service that counts the number of users who view a listing or page. 

计数器——计算查看一个商品刊登或页面的用户数量的一项服务

Cost Last Updated - This field is populated with he exact date and time the provider data was collected. When comparing numbers take into consideration that the data is not all updated at the same time.

Cost Per Action (CPA) - A pricing model where an advertiser pays a provider for each specified action, which are most often orders. Sometimes referred to as Cost Per Acquisition.

Cost Per Click (CPC) - A pricing model where an advertiser pays a provider for each click the provider generates. Commonly used with Paid Search and Comparison Shopping.

Cost per Order (CPO) - In Paid Search, Cost/Orders -- Clients can bid based on CPO.

CPM - A value commonly used to express the Cost per Thousand. For Paid Search this is often the cost per 1000 impressions.

CSE - A commonly used acronym for Comparison Shopping Engines.

CSV file format - CSV, short for Comma Separated Value, is a file type created in a spreadsheet in which each value is separated by a comma. Sometimes referred to as a comma delimited format. Used to load multiple inventory items at once in bulk into the Marketplaces within ChannelAdvisor Complete system.

Current Bid - The bid price on an open listing. To become the current "high bidder" on an open listing, a person must bid in an increment higher than the current high bid price. 

当前竞价——出售中商品的竞价价格。要想成为一个出售中商品当前最高竞价人,他所出的竞价必须按既定增量超过当前最高价。

Current Bid - In Paid Search, The Current Bid is the Maximum Cost per Click (CPC) for a given keyword based on the last synchronization between ChannelAdvisor Complete and the provider. This generally happens every 24 hours.

CVV Number - A three or four digit security number located on all major credit cards. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, the CVV number is located on the back of the credit card, whereas with American Express the number is located above and to the right of the 16 digit imprinted card number on the front of the card.

Data Feed - A delimited text file, often containing product data, which is transmitted between two parties. Often ChannelAdvisor will receive data feeds which contain a customer’s product information. Data feeds are also used to share data with third-parties, like comparison shopping engines and marketplaces.

Display URL - A URL displayed at the bottom of a paid search ad to provider browsers with information about the website or landing page they will go to when they click on a paid search ad. Note that the display URL can differ from the Destination URL used by the ad.

Distribution Center - A physical warehouse or location from which your company ships inventory to a buyer. A Distribution Center record must include a street address that may be used to calculate the shipping costs for all items shipped from that location.
