SalesForce Connector

Salesforce.com is the leader in On-Demand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with 77,000+ customers and over 2 million users. To link your ChannelAdvisor accounts to Salesforce: 

  1. Login to your Salesforce.com Account.
  2. Select ChannelAdvisor Complete CRM in the top-right drop down.
  3. Click ChannelAdvisor Settings 
  4. Click New .
  5. Enter your ChannelAdvisor APID (which is the 8 digit number at the end of your CA URLs) and set the Init Count to 120.
  6. Click Save and then the Request API Access.
  7. Login to your ChannelAdvisor account and and approve the API access (under the account authorizations section).
  8. On the ChannelAdvisor Setting, click Get API Token.  
This will start the pull of your past 4 months of ChannelAdvisor customers, orders, shipping info and purchased products.  It can take up to 24 hours to pull in all of your data. 
To view your orders in Salesforce:
  1. Click Orders.
  2. Click Go.
