Tasks to Complete

The following tools are available for managing your listings once you have completed the ad creation process.

Open Listings View

Once an Ad has been posted into the marketplace, it will display in the Open Listings view until the listing closes. Here you can review the status of the open listing throughout its life cycle. This view includes the quantity, number of hits and bids an item has received, the current bid price, and the closing time. Listings that have received bids or purchases will display in bold so that you can easily distinguish them from listings without any current bids or purchases.

Revising an Open Listing

The revise listing functionality allows you to select a number of items live on the marketplace and change the currently open listing information at that marketplace. It will not change any of the information stored for your inventory item but will change the current marketplace listing that buyers see.

Relisting Items on eBay

The relist option in ChannelAdvisor Complete relates directly to the eBay functionality for relisting auctions that did not sell to obtain the listing fee credit or the use of relisting previously sold items to carry over the Sales History information for the eBay Best Match search results. Please note that this feature  DOES NOT control whether an ad posts or does not post. That is determined by the other factors in the schedule.
