Amazon.cn   (亚马逊中国) is the Amazon Chinese marketplace.   Amazon had amassed a Chinese e-market estimated at about 2.2% by the end of 2011 – or 3% share by 2013. 

While a 3% share may seem small as compared to the marketplace giants Tmall.com and 360Buy.com, according to Reuters, the Chinese consumer e-commerce market is worth about $27 billion per year and the marketplace is growing fast. As of the end of 2012, China has   about 538 million Internet users  , more than any other country in the world and more than twice the number in the US, which is in second place. China’s online audience is expected to grow to 800 million by 2015.

    • Copy of business license
    • Tax Registration Certificate
    • Brand Owners must provide a  trademark  registration applications or notification of acceptance
    • Agents or Distributors must provide  trademark registration applications, notification of acceptance or other   marketing authorization documents
    • Customs declarations for imported goods
  • Able to Invoice:  If customers need an invoice, you must promptly provide customers with a general sales invoice.
  • National Distribution Capabilities:  Amazon's customers all over the country of China and  you will receive orders from across the country. If you choose a self-distribution model, you need to have the ability to deliver goods to any location in China.
  • Local Listings  - Similar to listing on any Amazon Marketplace, listings must be in the local language and represented in the local currency.
