Welcome to the Getting Started Guide for ChannelAdvisor's Amazon US program.  This page outlines the training plan that you'll undertake as you begin to expand on your knowlege of our software and begin to list to Amazon.com.

Prior to starting with Step 1, if you are unsure if your category is supported, we suggest that you review the list of supported categories

 

Step 1. Provide us with a test item.

Step 2. Review the setup and listing process with CA.

Once the test item is live, your Customer Launch Specialist will E-mail you with a training time.

On your call we will go over the following steps to list the item. Later, please refer to the linked pages as you begin to list the rest of your items to Amazon.

• Step 1: The creation of Amazon specific attributes on your classifications.
• Step 2: Creating Amazon Posting Template

• Step 4: Create Ads for Amazon using existing Inventory Items.
• Step 5: Review Amazon Posting Errors
• Step 6: Withdraw Open Listings and Revise Items
• Step 7: Refund Processing
• Step 8: Adding tracking to Amazon orders
• Step 9: Integration Review between ChannelAdvisor and Amazon

Step 3. You create additional ads and list them to Amazon

Step 4. Final certification call with CA

On our final call, we will ask you to review the process that you went through to list an additional item(s) to Amazon. Our goal of the call is to make sure you are comfortable with the process and can continue to list the remainder of your items.
