Iguama and its partners provide an efficient way to get Cross-Border packages delivered into other countries at very low international costs.

The company does not profit from the products it sells – only from club memberships – and uses all the commissions/incentives to reduce international costs.

When a new order comes in, U.S. stores ship to a U.S. address and Iguama handles the rest.

How Does ChannelAdvisor Work with Iguama?


  • Upload Your Inventory to ChannelAdvisor – Regardless of where you maintain your inventory, you will need to keep a record of your products within the ChannelAdvisor application. ChannelAdvisor offers a variety of options based on what works best for your company. To learn more about getting your Inventory into ChannelAdvisor please refer to the Inventory Getting Started Guide .
     
  • Map Your Inventory to Iguama's Format – Iguama, like other marketplaces, has a particular format they require sellers to conform to. ChannelAdvisor has made the process of mapping your inventory information to Iguama's product fields simple by providing a template for communicating your inventory data in the preferred format to Iguama.
     
  • ChannelAdvisor Sends Your Listings to Iguama – Once you have completed your inventory mapping you are ready to list products on Iguama. You will activate your integration between ChannelAdvisor and Iguama and we will begin sending files to Iguama with your product details, prices and quantity available to sell.
     
  • Customers Purchase Your Products on Iguama – Now that your products are showing on the Iguama marketplace, you should start to see sales. Iguama will handle all aspects of customer payment processing and fraud prevention.
     
  • Orders Are Imported into ChannelAdvisor – ChannelAdvisor will retrieve each order and acknowledge it on your behalf. Your orders will then be available in the ChannelAdvisor software to fulfill.
    Please note: Each order from Iguama will have a US postal address in Florida; Iguama’s Logistics Center. Sellers will ship to this location and Iguama will handle the cross border delivery.
     
  • ChannelAdvisor Sends Shipping Confirmations to Iguama – After you have fulfilled an order, ChannelAdvisor will send a shipping confirmation to Iguama on your behalf. This will mark the order as shipped in Iguama and does not require additional input from you.

 

How Do I Get Started?


Getting started with Iguama is easy and ChannelAdvisor can help you along the way with this process.

  • Please make sure you meet the following Iguama requirements:
    • Sign Iguama agreement
    • Have an e-commerce website
    • Able to ship to Florida (This is where Iguama’s logistics center is located. From there, Iguama will handle the cross-border delivery to the buyer on your behalf.)
  • If you are interested in selling on Iguama, please start the process by completing the Sell on Iguama form .
  • Iguama is supported in the following ChannelAdvisor posting locale:
    • United States
    • If you do not have a US-ChannelAdvisor account, please look to the Add a New Country page for instructions.
  • If Iguama doesn’t display in Marketplaces > Add Marketplace, contact your ChannelAdvisor Sales Representative to request access to the Iguama ChannelAdvisor integration.
