How Does ChannelAdvisor Work with Pricefalls?


  • Upload Your Inventory to ChannelAdvisor – Regardless of where you maintain your inventory, you will need to keep a record of your products within the ChannelAdvisor application. ChannelAdvisor offers a variety of options based on what works best for your company. To learn more about getting your Inventory into ChannelAdvisor please refer to the Inventory Getting Started Guide .
     
  • Map Your Inventory to Pricefalls's Format – Pricefalls, like other marketplaces, has a particular format they require sellers to conform to. ChannelAdvisor has made the process of mapping your inventory information to Pricefalls's product fields simple by providing a template for communicating your inventory data in the preferred format to Pricefalls.
     
  • ChannelAdvisor Sends Your Listings to Pricefalls – Once you have completed your inventory mapping you are ready to list products on Pricefalls. You will activate your integration between ChannelAdvisor and Pricefalls and we will begin sending files to Pricefalls with your product details, prices and quantity available to sell.
     
  • Customers Purchase Your Products on Pricefalls – Now that your products are showing on the Pricefalls marketplace, you should start to see sales. Pricefalls will handle all aspects of customer payment processing and fraud prevention.
     
  • Orders Are Imported into ChannelAdvisor – ChannelAdvisor will retrieve each order and acknowledge it on your behalf. Your orders will then be available in the ChannelAdvisor software to fulfill.
     
  • ChannelAdvisor Sends Shipping Confirmations to Pricefalls – After you have fulfilled an order, ChannelAdvisor will send a shipping confirmation to Pricefalls on your behalf. This will mark the order as shipped in Pricefalls and does not require additional input from you.

 

How Do I Get Started?


Getting started with Pricefalls is easy and ChannelAdvisor can help you along the way with this process.

  • To apply for a seller's account and set up a store on Pricefalls:
    • Visit the Pricefalls.com Sell page and click the blue "Start Selling" button.
    • If you don't have a personal account yet on Pricefalls, you'll need to create one first (it's just a username and password), and you can use the same information to open your store.
    • Include valid U.S. shipping address, U.S. phone number, and U.S. credit card.
    • Enter your company's own detailed Return, Shipping and Warranty Policy information.
    • Select the states where you need to collect sales tax.
    • Set-up your payment gateway through either Paypal or Authorize.net.
    • Provide a copy of just 1 of these business verification documents:
- Valid Business License
- Valid Seller's Permit
- Letter from the IRS indicating company EIN
- State Incorporation Letter
