How do I find the Access Token and Seller ID required for the ChannelAdvisor integration? After you have setup an account with Tanga, you can log into your account by visiting: https://vendors.tanga.com/. Once logged in, you can click on the Account tab in the top black bar and then click the Integrations tab to see your seller id and token.

What field represents the ChannelAdvisor parent SKU? In the vendor portal, click the Products tab, then click View on a product – it will be the value under Listing Code.
What field represents the ChannelAdvisor child/standalone SKU? In the vendor portal, click the Products tab, then click View on a product – it will be the value under SKU Code.
How do I know when a product is available to buyers? After you have set up an account on https://vendors.tanga.com/ and loaded products you can log into your vendor portal account. The opening page is called the Score Card page. One of the sections on the scorecard is called Total Buyable Products. You can dive deep into that section. Within that section, you can see all of the products that have been submitted and that product's status. Items that are in Approved status and that do NOT have a red triangle with an exclamation point in it are products that can be bought by customers on Tanga. If an item has the red triangle with exclamation point, that item is not purchasable.
Does Tanga support variations? Yes
If I need to change a product’s SKU value, what needs to happen to ensure proper management? Upload a CSV with column A = vendor_sku_code and column B = new_vendor_sku_code to your inventory tab within your vendor portal. For any question, please contact marketsales@tanga.com.
What are the max amounts of product listings (parent/standalone SKUs) and individual items (child/standalone SKUs) that I can manage through ChannelAdvisor? 200,000 product listings (parent/standalone SKUs)
600,000 individual items (child/standalone SKUs)
