How do I contact the Tophatter support? Through the Contact Us link within the seller portal
How do I find the Access Token and Seller ID required for the ChannelAdvisor integration? Any value can be used for the Tophatter seller account Seller ID . However, to find the Access Token value, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Tophatter seller account.
  2. Click Account in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click API in the sidebar on the left.
  4. You can view or generate an API Token and see your Seller ID on this page.
