Message CenterThe Message Center is THE single location where you are able to determine if there are any issues that need to be addressed with your account. Easily view and interact with errors, warnings and system messages all in one single location inside ChannelAdvisor Complete. PrerequisitesYou should be familiar with the following topics: Getting Started with the Message CenterTo get started with the message center, you must navigate to My Account section of the navigation, specifically My Account > Messages > Message Center view. Below are some of the tasks and features available in this view:
Message Summary BarWorking in conjunction with the Message Center, the Message Summary bar will display a roll up, notifying you of the number of errors, warnings and system messages for your account. The numbers indicated represent all of the messages of that given type that have a status of "open" or "in progress" as well as not being marked as "read". Once a message is deleted, it will be removed from this summary. Account Messages WidgetAnother supplementary addition to the Message Center is the Account Messages widget located on the dashboards throughout the application. This widget displays the date and time, title and message type for the last 5 messages for your account. Clicking on the message will bring you to the Message Center where you'll be able to interact with that message and all of your messages. The Home dashboard features a roll up of all messages, displaying your last five across the entire application. The Account Messages widget located on the dashboards for Marketplaces, Paid Search and Comparison Shopping show messages specific for those sections of the application.
