ChannelAdvisor's retail analytics give you the ability to create customizable reports that deliver the insight you need to make performance-driven business decisions down to the product level. The Marketplaces and Webstores reports include data from marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and Buy.com as well as ChannelAdvisor Stores and Premium Stores. 

Prerequisites

•  To run the report, see How to Create a Report in Report Center .
• To view your reports, select Reports > Report Activity.

Reporting Options

• Inventory Velocity - The Inventory Velocity report provides information on the recent sales of each SKU as well as an estimate of how long existing quantity will last.
• Payment Cleared - The Payment Cleared report provides order level transaction information for orders that have completed payment.
• Payment Cleared Detail - The Payment Cleared Detail report provides product level transaction information for orders that have completed payment.
• Listing Activity - The Listing Activity report provides performance data on any listing that was live for the specified dates.
• Listing Profit Loss - The Listing Profit Loss Report is similar to the Listing Activity Report except it includes product cost information in order to highlight the profitability of each listing.
• SKU Activity - The SKU Activity report provides performance data on any SKU that was live for the specified dates.
• Site Activity - The Site Activity report provides a summary of listing performance by site.
• Performance Summary - The Performance Summary report provides a high level summary of the sales and costs associated with each site.
• Top Selling Products - This report shows the marketplace SKU performance by GMV for the date range specified. Current Quantity is independent of the specified date range, and may be delayed a few hours.

General Notes about Reports

• All Marketplaces and Stores reports reflect the currency associated with the Account's locale.
