After the Checkout has been completed, you will need to ship your products to the buyer. ChannelAdvisor makes it easy to get warehouse pick lists for packaging your orders, invoices that can be included in the shipment, and downloadable reports that can help you to generate shipping labels. The information needed to package and ship your sold products can be found in a series of reports in your account, or by using the ChannelAdvisor API.

Checkout Reports

A checkout report contains all of the information collected in checkout for a buyers purchase. The Checkout Reports settings page is used to manage who checkout fulfillment reports are sent to, what orders are included on the report, and how often they are run. To view or download a Checkout Report, go to Orders/Transactions > Checkout Reports in the ChannelAdvisor application.

The Checkout Report data can be retrieved in one of several ways:

• Comma-Separated-Value (.csv) File : this file can be downloaded and imported into Excel to be viewed.
• HTML Report : this report can be printed out and used as a "pick list" for the warehouse to package orders. All invoices print together in a list.
• HTML Invoice : this report can be printed and used as a packing slip. Each invoice prints on a seperate page.
• FTP pick-up : The .csv format of the Checkout Report can be retreived from your ChannelAdvisor FTP location (ftp.ChannelAdvisor.com) in the Reports folder.
• XML Document : this format is not available in the user interface, but is very useful for automating the download of checkout reports.

A history of Checkout Reports are maintained in the application for 3 years before being archived. If you need access to report history older than 3 years, please Contact Support and request the specific report period for which you would like to retreive data.

Credit Card # or Payment ID	The credit card number of the buyer used for payment, or the ID of the buyer used from a payment vendor such as PayPal

Quantity Won	The total quantity of a specific line item that is included in the order
Unit Bid	The cost of the item in the order.  For marketplaces like eBay that have auction bidding options, this price may differ from the price of the item you list in inventory.

Unit Weight	The weight of an inventory item included in the order
Warehouse Location Number	A data value included on the inventory item record that indicates where an item is located within a warehouse

The Version 3 CSV Checkout Report download will display the same order information as version 2, but will also include more fields such as Manufacturer, Gift Wrap Options and Cost, and line item details such as Item Shipping and Item Tax costs.
