After fulfillment is complete, your next step is to update the ChannelAdvisor Complete software with shipping and tracking information.  There are many reasons why updating your order's shipping and tracking information is important.

1. For many channels this information must be provided in order for sellers to be paid for their sale.
2. For some channels this action will trigger a notification to the buyer that their order is on the way.
3. This action will update an orders shipping status in ChannelAdvisor as "shipped" and will allow you to stay organized when fulfilling your orders.

• User Interface - The preferred method when only working with a small number of orders.
• Spreadsheet - T he preferred method when working with many orders.
• FTP -  An alternative method when working with many orders
• API - The preferred method to automate the process if you have access to development resources.
