ChannelAdvisor Requirements

To use the ChannelAdvisor platform, you must have a user id and password to gain access to the application. We recommend using the Strategy and Support Center guides and/or working with our Implementation team to receive proper training to efficiently get started.

Google Chrome, most recent stable versionGoogle Chrome applies updates automatically, ChannelAdvisor makes every effort to test and support the most recent version.
Apple Safari ChannelAdvisor makes every effort to test and support the most recent version of Safari.

 

System Requirements

 

 The ChannelAdvisor platform may be run on any standard Pentium-class computer with over 128 MB of RAM. Since the system is a web-based application, a high speed Internet connection is recommended for best results.

Screen Resolution

ChannelAdvisor recommends the following resolution for use with our application:

  • 1280x1024
  • Preferred screen resolutions are:
    • 1680 x 1050
    • 1440 x 900
  • 1024x768 is a functional resolution, however this will require some horizontial scrolling in a number of views. To avoid this, please use a higher resolution.

 The first number in the resolution signifies the width of the display. A width of 1280px is the limiting size. Monitors will vary with the accompanying height depending upon the aspect ration.
