Tracking Provider Data using AutoTrack

ChannelAdvisor can automatically track your keywords without any manual tagging or spreadsheets. This functionality is called AutoTrack and can be configured to track all of your campaigns or just selected ones.

To configure AutoTrack for providers:

  1. Go to Digital Marketing > Account Settings > Provider Accounts.  
  2. Click Edit AutoTrack (wrench icon) under the Actions column for the Provider Account you want to setup. This will open the AutoTrack page for this provider.
  3. Select the first checkbox to enable tracking for all active campaigns associated with the provider account. To specify only certain campaigns uncheck this checkbox, a list will appear with all of this provider account's campaigns. Check the Activate box for each campaign you want tracked and then click Save.
  4. All campaigns created by ChannelAdvisor will default to being tracked regardless of whether you have marked tracking for all active campaigns. To remove tracking for a campaign that you have created using ChannelAdvisor software, you will need to manually remove the tracking setting from this page after it is created.
