How To

Where to Buy – Customer Journey

Below you'll see a sample customer journey for a brand that is using Where to Buy. In this case the brands website is the starting point:

STEP 1: Website of a brand manufacturer

While browsing through product information on a brands website the consumer might actually want to buy the item. Instead of going away from the website and buying from a possibly unauthorized retailer, the customer can click the Where to Buy button.

STEP 2: Widget with suggested retailers

This opens a popup with several suggested retailers and information on availability of the product. The brand can control which retailer appears and in which order. The design of the widget can be customized to fit into the websites' look and feel.

STEP 3: Product Detail page on the retailers online presence

The buyer has chosen a retailer and will be lead to the product detail page where he can complete his purchase.
