You can withdraw a listing if the item is no longer available or you no longer wish to sell the item.  It can also be withdrawn if there is an error in the price or description that cannot be corrected through the Revise an Open Listing function.  Automatic withdrawal of open listings is available through the Oversell Avoidance functionality.

How to Withdraw an Open Listing

To withdraw an Open Listing complete these steps:

1. Navigate to your Marketplaces > eBay > Performance > Open Listings view
2. Select the listings you want to revise.
3. Click the Withdraw Listing button.
4. Select a reason for the withdrawal of the listing.  This reason will be submitted with the cancel request and may be displayed to explain the reason the item was ended early.
5. Once the reason has been selected, click Continue.

The requests will automatically be submitted to the marketplaces and should be visible on the listings within a few minutes.

Withdraw Listings is also available from the inventory view and ads view to withdraw all of the open listings associated with the respective inventory item or ad.  A confirmation page will list all of the open listings that will be affected before the reason is selected to ensure all of the listings to withdraw are appropriate.
