Inventory
- New Refunds View
Information on all attempted refunds (both successful and rejected) are presented in a new Refund view that can be accessed by navigating to your Sales>Orders/Transactions>Refunds view.
This beta view is in response to many requests for a central location for refund data. Please provide us with your continued feedback regarding functionality, look and feel or other details by selecting the "Feedback" link within the application on the top right hand corner of page.
- New Fields Available for Templates and Rules
The following inventory fields are now available for use in templates and business rules:
- SupplierCode
- WarehouseLocation
- TaxProductCode
- FlagStyle
- IsBlocked
- ItemLevelShipping
- Scheduled Column on All Products View Being Removed in August
On the All Products view (Inventory>Products>All Products) the Scheduled column will be removed with the August release. In preparation for this change you can adjust your workflow by building an advanced filter to identify SKUs that are scheduled. To build this advanced filter (My Account>Account Settings>Advanced Filter), create a new filter: View Type=Inventory, Ad Schedule Assigned = True. To create the opposite filter, Ad Schedule Assigned = False.

Amazon
- Consumer Electronics Category Update
Fixes and final additions to the templates to support the updated Consumer Electronics category.
- Product Matching Error Resolution
- Restore the error "Dismiss" option on this view.
- Improved results to show matching details from Amazon even if the full ASIN information cannot be successfully retrieved.
- Bugs Fixed
- Resolved an issue where if a seller initiates partial refunds which in turn add up to a total order, the proper notification will be sent to Amazon to cancel the order and the order will be marked as cancelled in ChannelAdvisor.
eBay
- Beta Listing Errors View
The beta Listing Errors view has been enhanced to show and filter information based on products in addition to the grouped error and warning messages. This new view provides you with information about your errors when listing items as well as warnings that eBay returns for both successfully listed items and those that were rejected. These results are grouped to give you a quick overview of your most common errors and allow you quick insight into resolution. Now you can choose which columns you want to see and hide, the order of the columns, and perform multiple searches at once on different columns at the same time. You can reach the new page from the existing Errored Listings page and following the link at the top. Please take a look and send us feedback using the link at the top of every page so we can use your suggestions for further enhancements as we migrate to this new method of presenting errors and warnings later this year.
- Revise Listings Enhancement
The Revise Listings functionality has been enhanced to calculate when an open listing should be ended based on the buffer quantity of the schedule. While the quantity would be decremented before, now it will also end the open listing if the buffer quantity on the schedule cannot be achieved. This gives the effect of Oversell Avoidance with buffer quantity on your product inventory, allowing for even more flexibility in your options and configuration.
- Search by Parent SKU Added
The ability to search by Parent SKU has been added to the Ads , Open Listings , and Closed Listings views. This can make it much faster and easier to find all of the ads or listings for children associated with the same parent SKU.
- eBay Canada Premium Tax
For users with access to the eBay Premium Tax service, support for Premium Tax calculations in Canada have been added to the posting template, order processing, and refund processing.
- Bugs Fixed
The following bugs have been resolved with this release: - An issue was identified where eBay Store Categories would be rendered in an order different than the order specified by eBay. This has been identified and will automatically be applied the next time eBay store categories are imported into your account.
- An issue was identified where in rare cases an open listing could be closed early without processing the final purchase on a multi-quantity fixed price listing. This has been identified and resolved for all future order processing.
Shopping and Flex Feeds
- Google Product Search Detail Report Update
We added Brand, Merchant Category, and Tracking ID fields to this report available under the Reports menu. The Google Product Search Detail report allows Comparison Shopping clients to distinguish between Product Listing Ads and Google Product Search in their Google traffic and orders. In order to take advantage of this feature, you must add cagpspn={ifpla:pla}{ifpe:pe} to one of the Adwords QueryParam fields on your Google Template.
- Include Child Items Setting Added to Feed Setup Guide
Previously, this setting was available on the Edit Feed page that was replaced by the new Feed Setup Guide interface. For clients that use the ChannelAdvisor Inventory system, this setting is a Feed-level override on your account's parent-child setting. (available on the Settings page under Feeds) Clients with variant SKUs (child items) can use this setting to choose to include child items only on certain feeds. For example, Google requires variant SKUs for apparel, but you may not want to send your variant SKUs to all Comparison Shopping Engines. You can use this setting to only send variant SKUs to Google. This setting is available on the Inventory Selection page in the Feed Setup Guide. If you do not have an Inventory Selection page in the Feed Setup Guide, you are using an External Data File instead of ChannelAdvisor inventory. Clients that use an External Data File cannot use this setting.
