What does the error "If overrides are provided for international postage, you need to provide overrides for all services in international postage" mean?

Why am I receiving the following error and how can I resolve it?

"If overrides are provided for international postage, you need to provide overrides for all services in international postage"

**Note that this can be reported for both international and domestic shipping**

This error is reported when changes have been made to a shipping policy in eBay and the data for this policy hasn't been updated to reflect these changes in ChannelAdvisor. ChannelAdvisor will only automatically update policy information every 24 hours. This is why it is recommended to re-import business policies every time changes are made at your eBay seller account.

To resolve this error, please follow these steps:

1) Go to the Marketplaces > eBay > Settings > eBay Settings > Business Policies page and select "Import Business Policies"

2) Once the policies have been updated, go to the Marketplaces > eBay > Performance > Open Listings page. selected the impacted listings, and click 'Revise Item'.
