What does the posting error "Catalog Item could not be automatically mapped because multiple items were found" mean?
This error can be returned when you've configured your posting template to use a Catalog Search Term. When ChannelAdvisor went to submit your item, we were unable to find an exact match for your data, and the rules that you have configured (Marketplaces > eBay > Product Mapping > eBay Catalog Mapping > SKU Mapping Settings) say to "Display a Posting Error when an exact one-to-one match cannot be made." This allows you to address or change the information that's used for the item before any listing goes live at eBay and you're charged for it.
