When you go to the Marketplaces > eBay > Settings > eBay Settings > Sales Notifications page you may see the below error message:

This error is caused when there are no email templates configured in the account. To correct this, go to the Sales > Customer Service Console > Email Templates page and create a new email template.

Note: If you select the "Automatically send e-mail when this event occurs" box when creating a new email template the system will send that email out for Basic Webstore and Checkout Direct orders. You will still need to go back to the Marketplaces > eBay > Settings > eBay Settings > Sales Notifications page and configure that email to also be sent for eBay buyers.
