If you have this information set up correctly but it is not showing on your Store category pages of your live Basic Webstore, then you most likely have a Store homepage layout selected that does not display categories. This will also mean that your category pages will not display this information (these are the pages you get when you click on the category on the left hand side of your store).

If this is the case, then we would recommend either (1) pick a home page layout that shows your categories or (2) if you are only going to have 2 levels of categories then you will want to use the layout that shows 2 levels of categories on the left navigation bar. Keep in mind that you will lose the search box if you use this option. You can however add the search box back in with some custom HTML.

To adjust the home page layout, go to the Webstores > Basic Webstores > Webstore Layout > Customize Home Page Layout page and in the "Categories on Store Home Page" field select any option OTHER than "No Categories" and save your changes.
