  • Pre-arranged scheduled calls for peace of mind. The schedule is below.

  • A limited number of phone-based training and assistance calls to help you launch quickly and easily.
  • Access to the wealth of information on the Strategy and Support Center.

With our Launch Plus Services we'll jump start your Launch experience to get you set up properly with hands-on support from our Launch Services team. Launch Plus is intended to give you a strong foundation and understanding of the platform for future growth.

Using the "eBay Launch Assistance Service"?


As part of ChannelAdvisor's Launch Assistance Service for the eBay Marketplace your account will be assigned to one of our eBay Specialist Launch Managers. Throughout the launch process you will be in communication with your Launch Manager and will be assigned various tasks to move the launch process forward in a timely manner.   

Your active participation in your launch is key to you getting fully launched in a timely manner.  At the end of this process you will have received extensive training in the utilization of the ChannelAdvisor software in conjunction with the launch of your products on the eBay Marketplace. You will also be directed to the various online resources available to you to assist you with the management of your eBay account when the launch process has been completed.

Launch Plus includes the upload of up to 10,000 inventory SKUs into ChannelAdvisor by the Launch Team.  You will need to submit all of the data in a format that we can process.  Inventory data submitted after this point will be the responsibility of the seller to upload.

The Launch Team will setup one Posting Template utilizing Auto Match for Item Specifics data. Company is responsible for providing data to be used for Item Specifics. Additional Posting Templates are to be set up by the Company with the advice of the Launch Team.

The Launch Team will add a Description Template to the Company’s account and insert required Template Tags, but the Company is responsible for providing any custom HTML to be used and language related to company policies and terms.

TASK - Setup eBay Schedule 
The Launch Team will create Schedules, set to a future date, which the Company accepts responsibility for reviewing and setting to a current date when they wish to launch their products from ChannelAdvisor.
